You'll be able to clear your thinking by asking yourself these questions-

Is tennis bigger than American football?
Is tennis bigger than basketball?
Is tennis bigger than baseball?
Is tennis bigger than Ice hockey?

Once you can answer those without bias, many real-world concepts will become a little clearer. Hopefully.

Looking at the above the tennis ball is not bigger than the first three and the last one does not use a ball.
So using that logic tennis is not BIGGER.
And it is not even bigger than cricket
