that here in this section of Jamaica Queens (where I reside), yesterday nor today, there are hardly any vehicles driving by with any Caribbean flags & no blaring music!!! Whaguhdung?

the out of State Vehicle Plates that flooded the Borough annually.

In my neighborhood, Springfield Gardens there was pretty much no one playing music the entire weekend unlike the past!
