Yard needs to change batting order
In reply to XDFIX
Shiv and Ambi can only work with what they have. You'd be hard pressed to come up with any batting order at Tallawahs disposal this year that would have done significantly better with the bowling strategy employed by TKR on that pitch.
As Dre Russ was powering balls over cow corner the camera panned to both of these gentlemen. Shiv was taking the looming defeat in stride, Ambi cut the most disconsolate figure I've ever seen him. On cue the cam then zoomed in on BK after Russell's 3rd 6 and Bishop said the same thing I said to my son.
Management decisions do cause great damage to successful organizations. I hope Tallawahs get to the playoffs!

The Reifer experiment has failed miserably!
Dont you think that King should go to the middle order? JA seem far too dependent mentally on his performance with the bat. I think that he should go down to No 4 and perhaps not put that additional pressure on himself to maximise the power play overs. Similarly, I think that TKR should have considered opening with Hosein as pinch hitter rather than Narine. They were chasing a moderate total and it would have given them the opportunity to see if Hosein could play that role if needed and perhaps bat Deyal down the order.

I would not push King down the order. He needs to be there during the power play overs. When he makes runs, Tallawahs do well. So give him maximum overs.
The waste players like Riefer needs to be dropped. That experiment has failed miserably. Bring in someone off the bench...anyone!

I see the logic but King has not been taking advantage of the powerplay and that may just not be his natural game so I would push him down for a game to see if he can get some momentum going for that middle order that has been horrific. I agree that the Reifer experiment should end. I would bat McKenzie instead of Reifer any day of the week.
So, Kings T20I youngish career isn't evidence enough that if not early he does utilize the powerplay??
Why did they drop Alex Hales and young McKenzie?

Reffa is the Trojan horse sent by the enemy.

Good question? Why did they drop McKenzie? They had good starts with King and KM at the top of the batting order.
