I am simply pointing out to some, that the CPL like the rest of the T20 leagues, are for profit organization, nothing to do with country or development of players.
Why would I be a fan of CPL Pride?

Stephen Ames ex-wife is Calgarian, he lived in Calgary most of his PGA tournament years, seen him numerous times at the club I work for, when he living in Calgary, and also the week of the Shaw classic.

His mother,brother and Stephen moved to Canada after he got engaged to Kelly. He was having problems with his T&T passport traveling.Becoming a landed immigrant he obtained a Canadian Passport.His objective.

Anyone that knows me here, are aware of me in Calgary, giving that I was one of the only Blacks in management, apart from the players playing for the Calgary Stampeders.
A former Calgary Flames, who is very successful in business, approach me about 10 years ago, about writing a book, he wanted gossip on a great hockey player, who he knew was someone that the public like and I had plenty info on him.
During the Tiger Woods scandals, I can say to a number of business men and Athletes look in the mirrors.
I can do that, because I know them
Don't have to gossip.

Stephen comes to Calgary every year for the Shaw Classic, this year has been his best in his career, winning once on the PGA tour, and four this year on the Championship tour..
When ever he play at the club, our conversation is on drawing the ball, with two bunkers on the right, he always want to draw the ball, over the bunker into the middle. of the fairway.
BTW, the male members respect him, he had numerous opportunities to break the cub record, he refuse to do it, he believe it is the club paying membership that the course record belong to, and not playing professionals from the PGA or Championship tours.
