He’s not the bowler or batsman that Jadeja is, but he not far off. Both are exceptional in the field

Springer is 25, still young and should give up bowling to focus on his batting. Bowling low 130’s on well prepared international pitches is not going to get him too far.

From what I see,, Springer is a journeyman cricketer.
No real different than Nyeem Young, Justin Greaves, Yannic Cariah, Anderson Phillip, Raymon Reifer, Nicholson Gordon, et
We have lots of those in the region. Doesn’t matter how hungry they are, it won’t make them any more than they are.
Focus instead on REAL talents like Kemo Paul, Romario Shepherd (works very hard), Motie, Carty, Athanaze

Bravo D is one for each generation. For every 1 they’ll be plenty enticed into bits and pieces failures.
Like Imusic said, we have plenty of Springers springing up. Choose your core strength now and stick with it.
Same applies to Mayers.
The people I would encourage to strengthen their batting in tandem with their bowling are our spinners.
