…is increasingly grating on the ears. Way too verbose. Don’t know if maybe someone told him he’s “well spoken” and it has gotten to his head.
He can’t help himself from trying to describe the same one thing in at least 5 different ways:
‘…a magnificent shot’,
‘…a fabulous stroke’,
…an majestic drive’,
‘…an absolutely great hit’

And on and on. It’s like he has a target “big word” count every time he gets on.
