CPL 2023 UPDATE: Joseph temporary replacement for Keemo Paul
According to the Caribbean Premier League organizers, “Keemo Paul will be unavailable for at least three days due to an injury he sustained in the match against Trinbago Knight Riders on Saturday night.
Shamar Joseph will temporarily replace him in the Amazon Warriors squad.”
Joseph is a 24-year-old fast-bowler who debuted in the Four-Day Championship for the Guyana Harpy Eagles this year.
He took nine wickets in three matches with a best of 5-41.
Last year, the young father made the courageous sacrifice of
quitting his job with a security firm to focus on pursuing his ultimate goal, playing for Guyana and being able to take care of his family in the future.
Amazon Warriors face Barbados Royals this evening from 19:00h, then play TKR again on Wednesday for a spot in the final.

I would've gone with Pestano because he could offer something with the bat... But he's in a lot of people bad book so they won't select him.

Not sure if Kevin got a manager but he definitely needs some guidance... Ah few years ago he had some issues with Guyana Jaguars too.
On ah side note ah see Demerara already picked a 33 man training squad to start training for the 50 overs inter-county... super50 coming up after CPL

Ayub loving the CPL... He is de star boy in the squad most of the females going crazy for him... Especially on social media
He didn't field in one of the matches due to that niggle... Important matches coming up.. Can't risk losing him too.

And who is saying it's not an insult and disrespect to people paying their money to see a competitive match when "all of a sudden' after they arrive they hear the top guns are being rested.
Look....would Pouty rest these same stars he rested last night at QPO or BCL stadium with a packed house? What about TV viewers worldwide?
I am not in agreement with GAW resting any player just for rest sake...if you you are injured then you are rested to recover....but this rest for rest sake is bullshit in this CPL

I do not disagree with your opinion. The trashing of TKR when they rested players by some posters are now calling for their team of choice to rest players. Do you not see the hypocrisy?
