Dalrymple-Philibert to be charged for alleged false IC declarations
The Integrity Commission's Director of Corruption Prosecution, Keisha Prince-Kameka, has ruled that House Speaker Marisa Dalrymple-Philibert should be charged for making a false statement in a Statutory Declaration in relation to a Mercedes Benz motor vehicle.
The charges concern her declarations from 2015 to 2020.
