Just heard di news. Cop sentenced to 19 years for raping a sixteen year old. He was head of the counseling team. Offered her a ride, drove to the Palisadoes strip. And raped her. Judge said he failed to serve and protect.
And he has the nerve to appeal.Throw away the keys.

A shooting in Arima early this morning led to the death of three children and a 19-year-old woman.
