That is terribly sad. That to me is why organizers of events have to be responsible and make these events are heavily policed. Ironically, the dude responsible was only sentenced to four years and eight months in prison
for beating a man to one inch of his life. Also now apparently the victim is crippled and living with his parents

Well if alyuh weren't so fcukin antagonistic in the first place, and if Pollard didn't nurture that rude arrogant persona, of which he might not be in real life, things might not have escalated. Plus alyuh, have plenty to say about we oil now, while reaping commercial gains. The man in the street take notice. I cuff up my Trini neighbor the other night just for so. He skin he teeth too much.
Plus Emir, like you in Jamaica???

Hoss you getting like if Trinidads budget somehow in part financed by GTs oil. It is not. We are a gas economy. For the last 23 years weve been a gas economy, which is why we are busy searching for and signing agreements to get other reservoirs of natural gas to feed our petrochemical sector. We have not been an oil economy for decades now. In fact, before petrotrin was finally put out of its misery, it had to import oil from several countries, none in the Caribbean and from some countries as far as Gabon on the west coast of Africa. Guyanas contribution to us has been purchase mostly of our manufactured goods. Which is ironically something the state needs to look at because the trade imbalance isnt pretty.
It have plenty TT companies and plenty TT, engineers and Technicians in Guyana because we produce many
..and Guyana does not have much skilled labor at the moment which is why they asked 100,000 skilled persons to come help them in the energy industry. Could guarantee you a significant portion of those people will come from Trinidad as well

Ok, same way we had plenty skilled and unskilled laborers in T&T over the past 25 years or so. Alyuh didn't have enough of your own either.
Anyhow, arrogance has ugly repercussions. Violence is no good. Never.
Whether it be on Jouvert. Whether it be steel pan sides hiding cutlass to fight other approaching bands. Whether throwing bottles at de Oval.
None good.
In reply to Curtis
So the victims caused it? What kind of corporal Barbie reasoning is that

Cyah win in this life yes lol. Besides who pollard used to provoke
.tino best and a few others. And it not really difficult to get tino heated. A child or baby screaming/crying too close to the pitch could get him heated
