err because he isn't. he was coach with the WI team in the world cup and we did awfully, despite having a very decent side

true. but most of those coaches deal with tactics. When youb have a team with as many technical chinks as the WI players, you need someone who knows a thing or two about the game. floyd was in charge of the A side and they got slaughtered. the only team he has had any success with is trhe CCC side in the super 50 and in those tournaments, the best players weren't available

I would not be surprised if Prettyboy, developed the coaching programs for CCC.
Check with your boy Tony, he is a fan of Floyd Reifer and his coaching.
Sammy had worked with him numerous times.

Cricket playing prowess doesn't necessarily equal coaching prowess. Many of the greatest coaches in sports were not top dogs in their respective sports.
Man Utd will never find a better manager than Sir Alex Ferguson. Who talks about Sir Alex when it comes to world class footballers?
The great Shane Warne was mentored by Terry jenner, a no name in international Cricket.
I've listened to first class Cricketers in the region who have mentioned great things about Floyd. Don't use the man's terrible batting at the international level to immediately think he's rubbish.
