Chopper, scammer, and now killi killi! After so many years of experience, the Police still employ the same old strategy!
The policing strategy has not changed in Jamaica for many decades; the more things change, the more they remain the same!
All they need to do is decentralize the army and set up soldier camps and police posts on a rotational basis in these hostile areas!
The government also needs to invest in these areas strategically - better infrastructure and social reform programs!
Certain people with power have no desire to dismantle the DISORDER gang .

Correct is right but Hubert will tell you that when the police can take out the Don, the party is pretty much over.
