From what I could make out from the interview...Sammy wants experience players, who has played in different conditions, be it ODI or T-20 or test...many many think that he wants several white ball players in test side...but I disagree....

He has mentioned about Jonathan Drakes, so he is in mix for A-team
Not much change in team..2-3....
Although, I have criticized his appointment, which is without due process of law....one thing is very clear, he is very intelligent and dynamic....he is trying to build the side....on technology... that's brilliant....Sammy is very clear about the approach...highly appreciated..
