Bim hoping that Holder and Roach will demolish the TT boys. This is crucial match in the business end of the tournament. TT/Barbados cricket history goes back 130 years since these two nations have been competing and Bim was unstoppable when in the late 70's to the 80's when they could have beaten any team in the world back then.
Hope also makes a return from the cheap lick it he has been playing, if he can get going and if Roach and Holder also comes into form, it could spell trouble for the Red Force.
I am really looking forward to this one.

BIM PREPARE A GREEN TOP FOR TT CLASH
In reply to Emir
i expected they would
In reply to Jumpstart
If Red Force batsmen cannot effectively negotiate Holder and Roach at this stage of their careers, they don’t merit international selection.
In reply to imusic
Nope. 2mph is still 2mph whether delivered from 6ft or 8 ft. I say 8ft because holder don’t jump and his arm is only about two feet in length
In reply to Jumpstart
I back TT batters to do well. Then Seales can be devastating in a green top, so I say bring it on.
The only years Allyuh tits had bragging rights when playing Barbados was when Ganga was captain, this young tot saw a T&T team collapsing like a pack of dominoes from one Bajan.
Imusic, Jumpy it was pittiful.
In reply to openning
Get out of here, you eeditot.
Where in this post, anyone bragging? All praise was to Bim.
If you cannot just for once, be a decent human, then just ignore my posts, get outta here.
In reply to openning
couldn't be more pitiful than floyd reifer captaining a WI team
In reply to Jumpstart
Again I asked you how tall was Pollard.?
In reply to Emir
What is the tits record in Bim red ball cricket.
In reply to tc1
It took T&T 50 years to record a victory over Bim at the Mecca. T&T was led by Ian Bishop and included in-form Nanan (is he still alive?). T&T was known as a one innings team maybe the root of their success in post 20th century lick it.
Bim turned over T&T for 16 runs in the era of the 3 Ws .
In reply to Castled
The tits are softI remember one year Bim fast bowlers send half the side to QEH
In reply to Emir
That is your response to two T&T fans. When it comes to regional 4-day cricket, Bajan fans don't take blows from any regional fan, we have a history.
It may be best you stick to posting on T20 regional between Barbados and T&T if you want me to be mute.
In reply to tc1
Tall enough to beat Tino to skin in the front of Hilton hotel in bimshire. And to beat him with his own shoe
In reply to Jumpstart
Pollard is 6'-6" fighing with Tino who is 5'5". And you bragging about this.I bet he would not try it with Ryan Hinds.
Jangoo Mohammed DaSilva vs Wickham Brathwaite Hope and Drakes
Pierre Cariah Seales and Philip vs Roach Holder Warrican and Chase
....looks even to me. the difference between the two in my mind at this level is CHASE, the best allrounder in the region.
Trinidad bowling is impressive ...they could pose trouble to Barbados....Kraigg Brathwaite however has a tremedous record against T & T but his runs might be behind him.
What threat Simmons or Forde could be on a pace friendly pitch? They might just be as dangerous as Seales and Phillips.
This matchup looks even ...it might come down to a player or players digging deep and stamping their authority.
In reply to analyst-kid
No contest,Tits too soft
What is injury status of Goolie? He has done pretty well before getting injured......
Braithwaite, Hope,Holder,Drakes,Chase must be selected for SriLankaA, Wickham,Roach,Warican.....vs...Mohammed, Seales, Phillips,Khery,Jangoo,Silva....
On paper, Bim favourite.... History favours Bim....
But matches are played on days......
If Goolie plays.... would love to see how he deals with pace on green pitches....to me built in Larry Gomes mould...
It should be a good match, but I give B/dos the edge, I think their batters are better against fast bowling
Bim and dem green top in trouble...Bim 22 fu 3.KB 5 ,Wickham 0 Mc.Kaskie 3.
Seales 2 wkts Phillip 1 wkt.
Come een Bimmers now de time fi chat lemme hear yuh.
Man sets trap
Man caught by iwn trap
31 for 3
Mek dat 4 dong fu 35 Mc.Caskie garn fu 11 Phillip de bowler
Me nah go larf yet caz me haffi wait fu we to bat,dat could be likkle problem too.
Lard have mercy pon the Bajans, NOW 35 FU 6, Chase and Holder garn just like dat James wid 2 wkts in one over.
to be honest this is what i expect of modern wi batsmen who are raised on flat tracks when they get put on pitches like this it exposes how poor their techniques are and how bad the coaching is to spot these errors .
Brilliant batting by Hope and Forde a big partnership of 15 brings the score to 50 fuh 6,last wicket fell at 35,come eeen Bimmers, uno seh Tits soft.

Now 52 for 7 as Forde departs.
Another one bites the dust
The flying fish not flying
In reply to pariaman
they're spawning in tobago lol
Let me be serious now,we have Pride in plenty trouble but their team have bowlers better than us in fast bowling side and also the spinning side of things.Their lower order can get as much as another 75 runs, even 100,I am assuming, we may have to bat sometime today and face about 30 overs,I wonder how that will go.This match can end in 2 days.
In reply to granite
Playing will get easier as the day progresses
Seale is actually ahead of all the bajan bowlers
Most if not all our batsmen have been on really great form
I expect us to do very well
In reply to imusic
still applicable. dem men need to make runs. time is not a factor
They should have had a better coin
In reply to pariaman
I thought as you say, the wicket may get easier,I hope you are right also. Jumpstart is also correct about our batsmen at this stage of their careers should be capable of making a fist of it.
[b]HATEY HATE HALL OUT!!![b] COME EEEN BIMSTERS
So far so good 30 / 0 and no real problems
If T&T bat and declare by Tea, this match could finish in 1 day at this rate
In reply to granite
TT will look to bat all day tomorrow with a lead of 300
In reply to Emir
Bat till 4:15pm tomorrow and take 3 wickets before Stumps as well
Looks like they swapped out the pitch during the innings break
T&T already with 1st innings points in less than 20 overs at Tea
I have to say again,I saw K.Pooran and V.Mohan open the batting against Jamaica about a year ago and I was really impressed with both,I don't remember the bowlers but they were quite quick one was O'Shane, both got into the 30s batting late in the evening.I wondered why I didn't see them earlier in the season this year.
I notice all Bimmers gone kuntry
In reply to granite
Deep in the Kuntry.
Way behind God's Back.
Or as my brother use to say not behind god's back but straight up he ......
50 for KaPoo!!!
Barbados Bowling Attack looks like WI:
Roach
Holder
Forde
Chase
Warrican
100-zip against the West Indies bowling attack on a bowler friendly surface.
Kaka gets Cooper
104/1
In reply to Emir
An unacceptable amount of these dismissals have been bowled between bat and pad
Holder gets Pooran and runs to the boundary to do a celebration.
108/2
In reply to Prako
Way him getting on like if he get Kholi wicket in ah test match.
Bimsters , Allyuh run a link nuh
Wanna see this green top
In reply to Halliwell
Green top nah gine last long in de hot sun.
What a backfire!!!!
It looks like a good cricket pitch, B/dos will have to bat smart and long in the 2nd inning
tc1,opening,Castled...carry on chatting bout de past, talk bout tomorrow forget the past.
In reply to granite
Second innings to come.
In reply to granite
Just a reminder, this is 4-day cricket, not T10 or T20.
Lets see if the Pridesters can set the Tits a target of 175 runs to win the match.
BTW, I am impressed with your three pacers, I have no problem with Seales and Phillips playing in the first test against the Aussies.
Anyone in Bim, is day 2 delayed?
In reply to Emir
Feed up now
50 for Jangoo
50 fi Jangoo 52*
Mek dem pay fi poor fielding
208/5
Another drop from Hope
In reply to Chrissy
When you play cheap foreign lick it, no prep for first class game, let’s hope he improves
Holder strikes Jangoo dawn lbw fi 56
222/6
In reply to Chrissy
3 poor LBW decisions thus far. Bim had the better of 2.
Seales just sent Brathwaite's stumps cartwheeling behind the keeper
Beautiful bowling by Phillip! 2 down
Classic outswinger to McCaskie straight to slips!
Tea
Bim 41/3
Dis done
48/4
56/4
Pride prepare a green wicket and Red Force provide a good cut arse.
Blows...serious licks in 2 days.
B/dos Cricket Board should be concerned about the level of their cricket in the team, being beaten down in two days at home, on a pitch prepared to favor their bowling strength.
In reply to openning
I never write the Bajans off but I wondered if they can give us 175,if they did I would have been a worried man.
In reply to granite
175, no man, they gave us 196 in two innings
Maybe the region’s Mecca might get a demerit point
Never thought I would see a Barbadian team unable to navigate pace bowling, with both bat and ball.
In reply to Overthrow
Test Team at that.
In reply to Emir
Tings backfire bad fuh di Bimmers tc1 still hiding.
Dis thread is hilarious.
Remember now T&T won by an innings and 56 runs in two days to blow wow.
Allyuh Bajans could be a lil more gracious.
Allyuh homies set di trap fi yuh own players with di green top.
Be nice. Yuh get a real beating here.
TT has the best WI pacer, why would you gamble with a green wicket, you have Warrican and Chase, that was malpractice!
It was the Bajan spinners who were getting the bulk of the wickets all season. The best pacers were playing in other teams Johan Layne,Akeem Jordan, Chemar Holder, Ramon Sinmmons benched for McAllister...still at present T & T had superior pacers whilst Barbados going for old medium pacers and not instilling no confidence in their fastbowlers.
Johan Layne took a 5fer against this same Trinidad team on a less pacer friendly pitch.
And why prepare placid pitches all season and now a fast pace friendly pitch for Trinidad? Barbados got what they deserve just like Pakistan did earlier this year.....prepare a pitch and your opponent has better bowlers.
In reply to analyst-kid
Well said - by the way the Bajan commies are the most objective
In reply to Chrissy
Bajan commies are the most objective
Agree.
And they are very knowledgeable - it was good listening to the commentators and comments men such as Philo, Dr. Ford, Steven (can’t remember his last name)
In reply to analyst-kid
I had a strong feeling that ploy would backfire same as Pakistan with those turners Red Force deserves the win, well executed I hope we have learnt our lesson and focus on playing good cricket instead of cheap advantages
In reply to hawk
Part of the issue is not having a team jelling.
Bim team fundamentally changed for every game.
Time for Braffit to give up captaincy.
Even though there was a green top,
while did the pacers bowl 49 of the first 51 overs on day 1.
Who have taken the most wickets for Bim before?
Braffit clueless.
I understand using the pacres to begin,
But the Trinis put on a century opening stand will little trouble,
yet Braffit continues with pacers.
Coupled with two very crucial abysmal run-outs
Again a team not jelling ,as players have not played together for years
In reply to granite
Well……..that turned out to be prophetic
we have to give kudos to Jangoo and Cariah for the really mature situational innings they both played to ensure that Bim did not come back into the match.
In reply to TanteMerle
I dont believe in tbe team jelling thing these guys are professionals over half of this team have played together at fc,youth club international level .they know each others game .
Objective commies? What utter nonsense. In both Pride batting innings commies were crying for spin bowling after 20 overs. The batting was failing badly at the time. They appeared flomuxed that the team was batting so poorly, hoping for reprieve from the pace attack. On numerous occasions they questioned the captaincy of DaSilva for the continuous use of the quicks. There were three commies promoting the idea of Shai Hope to the Test team based on one regional red ball game in a number of years. Their reasoning was talent and his known history. Shai failed with the bat and was club level at best as a keeper. One commie called out the threesome, implying their lack of sincerity in supporting supposed talent over performance.
In reply to Overthrow
There were three commies promoting the idea of Shai Hope to the Test team based on one regional red ball game in a number of years.
Where you got the above statement from, none of the commies made that statement, they all said that he should not walk back into the test team based on one game.
Butcher said that he is not cannot be the best red ball batsman in Bim since he has not played red ball cricket in 3 years, he needs to restart his red ball career.
Please stop creating a false story.
In reply to tc1
Listening to the commentary during the game. I watched the entire game.
In reply to Overthrow
No one said that he should play red ball cricket for the WI based on 1 game.
In reply to tc1
You are incorrect, as I said three of the commies were trying their best to make the case.
In reply to Overthrow
You are such a liar.
Not only spreading misinformation, but disinformation. (look up the difference).
As Bajans would say, 'a bold-faced liar'.
Good thing is that it is on YouTube,
so anyone can replay it.
The commies all said that he should not walk back into the team.
One said that the team should be picked on talent and or performance.
He also stated that talent refers to youth who are promising.
Performance refers to seniors who are performing.
None of them called for Hope to be included.
As a matter of fact, they agreed that one game is not enough to automatically pick him.
Day 1 Liar
Day 2 You Liar
Please demonstrate where the commies called for Hope's inclusion.
In reply to TanteMerle
Stop convoluting yourself. My words were PROMOTING THE IDEA. Now you review the video and come to your senses.
In reply to Overthrow
Your words were disinformation.
I watched most of the game bro.
I was impressed on how for probably the first time,
they were not insular, especially Mason who usually back Dimmers.
I was surprised to read your post here.
In reply to TanteMerle
Never mentioned insularity. Objected to “objectivity of the commies”. Provided of areas that clearly lacked objectivity.
I had no issue with the commentary
In reply to TanteMerle
Good that you have the commentry to prove Over throw is dead wrong.
In reply to TanteMerle
Nah they weren’t insular. I watched the game as well. If Tino was in the com box I’d have expected some insularity but Wallace, the new boy and Mason were very professional even in the midsts of such a humiliation.
