My relentless campaign to put Scammy on the sidelines of WI
Careful Nah BatQuake put a vex on you.
In reply to black
Any when the Windies don't do any better against stronger opposition than Bangladesh, what would have putting Sammy on the sidelines prove?
In reply to ProWI
Still better than losing to them like the deer-leader did..wouldn`t you say?
In reply to black
De real issue is dat Scammy is/was a fringe player
who was neva an every-down player.
his role as cappo, meant playing every game
which derailed our progress.
Unfortunately other issues derailed progress
so Scammy batty lickers have misguided arguments.
It is hard to see a thorn among other thorns.
Scammy, do us a favour.
Retire wid dignity
go ply your trade on the T20 market
make some money to support your self and family.
Scammy is a good individual; however,
a limited cricketer, who excelled only in fielding.
He hid when the bowling was hard
and lost his bowling skillset.
I lost respect for him as a player
And he is doing his best to get me loose
respect for him as a man.
That is keeping it real

I think he`s already done that to himself running around with a pacifier in his mouth
...allowing Hodge to take the `opiss` out of him.
In reply to Cleg
That as one of the most embarrassing moment for WI in our history---If not the most ....He was compared to Worrell by that Heducated Fool Hilaire--What a joke--They both embarrassed the entire Caribbean by their retarded acts--
Worrell still rolling in his grave --
In reply to Cleg
The first pacifier move was ok.
But when he repeated it over and over he lost it.
I had no problem wid doing it once as a gesture to his child.
In reply to Cleg
The pacifier thing really took the cake.
In reply to ProWI
The West Indies team was poor before Sammy came along. The issues affecting our cricket are much bigger than the captain. Captain can only wuk with what him get. My opinion is that there were better bowlers than Sammy who could not get into the team because he had a guaranteed spot.
With Sammy gone and our best wicketkeeper given the reigns it allows the selectors to look at other promising bowling options.
We have seen this young kid Jason Holder given a chance and he is looking good.
In reply to black
Long live Captain $ammy!
In reply to Drapsey
He will be carrying water in T20 soon
In reply to ProWI
You have time for these Idiots? When the shit start to fly in india , South Africa and England next year them go wish that Sammy was still in control.
Let it be.
Two days from now my Captain will be back in charge:
FULL SQUAD
Darren Sammy (captain), Sulieman Benn, Dwayne Bravo, Sheldon Cottrell
Andre Fletcher, Chris Gayle, Sunil Narine, Kieron Pollard, Denesh Ramdin
Andre Russell, Krishmar Santokie, Lendl Simmons, Dwayne Smith
Who vex loss.
In reply to voiceofreason
The shyte did fly the last two tours to India and New Zealand...under Sammy!
We are lucky he would not and never had to lead a team to Australia and South Africa...the two toughest tours for West Indies.
In reply to voiceofreason
How Have The Mighty Fallen!
Now we're left with the remnants of once mighty captain of the West Indies in all 3 international formats.
But one would guess that in this context one is better than zero.
In reply to Drapsey
Captain and game only in a format they used to call lick it cricket..VOR has no shame.
Most embarrassing moment in WI cricket history is "Viv talk nah" a pacifier in your mouth to pay tribute to your new born that you were not there for the birth because WI cricket came first is a commendable tribute.
In reply to Drapsey
You sound bitter that Sammy is still around in probably the only format where West indies would remain relevant. This Man Sammy will not go away and it bunning allyuh Haters. I know some of allyuh hoping that West Indies lose this T20 . LOL.
Here is something to calm your nerves. When you finish with it lend it to Bimbo and then Blackie.

The pacifier incidents were in the IPL.
You guys always get caught trying to rewrite history.
In reply to bimbo
The only format where West Indies will remain relevant. I hear you wishing on the other Thread that this be Sammy's last T20 as Captain. Boy this one bunning you too bad.

Well said Drapsey! Is that you?

The pacifier incidents were in the IPL.

Wow Drapsey. Yet some were saying that the West Indies Captain was embarrassing himself with this pacifier stunt. Man you good Today. What did you drink this AM? Truth Juice?
In reply to voiceofreason
Actally, that was a quote from your Amen Corner buddy century in his attept at rewriting history.
In reply to Drapsey
This response was for Bimbo who said the pacifier thing took the cake, his insular mind made him forget all about "Talk Nah"
I will never condemn a man paying tribute to the birth of his child, but then again we have all types on this MB
In reply to Drapsey

I know that. Yet your response implies that this incident had nothing to do with West Indies Cricket.
Try to keep up.
In reply to voiceofreason
I must confess that you have me confused.
Anyway, get solace any which way you can.
In reply to Drapsey
I understand your confusion. I was confused hearing it from you.
In reply to voiceofreason
You take this cricket thing too seriously bro. I wish Sammy well.
In reply to bimbo
I know.
That is why you said this:

Nice send off into retirement for Sammy!
In reply to black
Ah hope you start a similar one wen one of your favourites begin to tek up space on de team
In reply to voiceofreason
That IS wishing Sammy well. He never got a good send off from TEST cricket
In reply to Maispwi
I will say the same thing when it's time for him to go

They don't have any balls; therefore, they doh need it, unless they are using it to give their ready-made-shirt.

"Viv Talk nuh" SMH - disgraceful.
47 all out was disgraceful
Lap of honour after losing the series was disgraceful
Boycotting an historical test match because Andersen Cummins didn't get selected is disgraceful
Sabina Park minefield is disgraceful
Sir Viv Richards Cricket "beach" is disgraceful
Disastrous historic tour of SA is disgraceful
Boycotting regional cricket thereby chasing away sponsors is disgraceful
Title sponsor having to successfully sue cricket's guardian in this region because they tried to double dip is disgraceful
The list can go on and on
We have nuff disgraceful moments in WI cricket. Allyuh have selective AND convenient memory.
In reply to voiceofreason
WHY would dat be so?????
If the members of the WI team all make the team on merit...and dem give their best and get licks...I can accept that...as our current level
