does anyone know if the ESPN Cricket 2015 app will work with google chromecast? that is the only way I will buy that package

As you have Google Chromecast, you do not need a special app. You can watch the match on any PC using Google Chrome as your browser and cast the tab/page that you're watching to the Chromecast device. Just make sure to do so prior to selecting full-screen mode for the video window. The ability to cast just about anything from a web browser is what sets Chromecast apart from competing devices such as Roku, AppleTV etc. The downside is that the Chromecast is a little more complex to set up and operate.

Here in Canada it is $200 to watch.
I will pass on this and find some free

Same as Jabs, if I watch its for free off a stream.

First time since I knew cricket, a World Cup isn't live and free on a local channel.....unless one of the channels bringing it starting with the match later tonight.

If it was for $99 here in Canada , I would definitely
pay to watch it but for $200 google search engine
