Precaution
It is a well known fact in Jamaica that this plant should be taken for nine days and then break until further use when it is necessary. Excessive use of cerasee may cause liver damage, so use with care.

My neighbors when i was building...used to beg me not to cut the bush down that was where my garage is now....
I held out as much as i could but the transplant didnt take...
that stuff clears the cold off your chest with ease...like a good Buckleys?

Didnt know you should limit your intake I drink a cup of the tea every now and again wasnt aware of its medicinal prowess either I just like it from a long time ago. Now I will be more circumspect in my usage

Many Caribbean-centric stores sells boxes containing 20 tea bags I just poor hot-water and add sugar to make a cup I guess its not like pulling the weed and brewing from that but we got to make do
Meh mudda n a treeknee bloke warned, not to drink it frequently, but occasionally - I drink a small cup once a month. Frequent drinking of it `thins` your blood!

Some people dry it somewhat...
Bayleaf is a good soother for getting some zzzz...I still use that occasionally.
