Dear Mother England,

There is now a dearth of cricketing talent in the region and our administrators haven't got a clue as to how to construct a long term sustainable solution. We have been languishing in the wilderness for over twenty tears and our current team is a disgrace. In short, our cricket has gone to the dogs.

We know it was a deliberate policy on your part to weaken our team and strengthen your lions when you implemented without conscience, restrictions on our players who played country cricket.

It is true Mother England that India has spared us some junk food but this is unsustainable...we need to fend for ourselves again sooner rather than later.

Some of us in the Caribbean were hoping against hope that our administrators would have responded to the challenge and crisis and to do the needful to fill the void. This has not happened and will never happen with this current thoughtless regime. And Caricom is divided on this issue like a box of Leggo building bricks.

It is for this reason Mother England, and until we get rid of Dave Cameron and his bunch of worthless acolytes, I am hoping like abandoned kids you will hear our cries for help. We beseech thee that even if this is the last thing you do for us...be merciful and hear our prayers. Let our boys into the county circuit again.
