I am not so much into social media, except that you, Nickoutr and others may want me to boycott CC.com. Not so fast.

The diversity should match the graduate ratio....do we have stats on those?
Probably the only problem I see (and is a perception thing) is that it should have way more asians than whites...
but again...the stats should support this...
And all that said, the business needs should override any diversity needs...if that mean only redneck nazis do the best techy...then only redneck nazis should be hired.
Chinese and Indians not only have the aptitude for this kind of work, their work ethic is unparalleled.
These are the people that will have no social lives, give you free hours, self train after working hours...basically model employees
I cant believe that a narrative of prejudice is being peddled when dealing with commercial companies. They will hire the people that will give them most bang for their buck, not hold back talent and in so doing hold back themselves.
There are a massive divide and conquer narratives being broadcasted by the media...
I dont see the 1% owning 60% of the wealth in America being investigated, now THAT is a stat.
