Anti-viruses don't pick up them dangerous
Keyloggers.
Just be careful and don't use online banking
any credit card info etc.. on your computer after.
I keep three separate computers.
One touch such sites etc,
I get it wipped regularly.
The other two i keep away from such sites
and avoid unscrupulous downloads.

Don't- the virus protection you have is no match for what's out there- if you are in North America it is more dangerous as your identity could be stolen.
In the Caribbean, less so since there are no SS's etc.

But if they get you banking information
or credit card info etc.
Look out.
I'm a Cop in Bermuda.
That is one of our biggest issues.
Credit/ATM card fraud.
