In the Region in 2007 thanked the Regional Governments for spending
Millions of TAXPAYERS MONEY to host
the 2007 cricket World Cup that was held in the Region .

They prefer instead to be critical of
those seeking Structural Changes in the
the WICBC/CWI . They are adamantly
opposed to the Regional Governments Requests .

I do not recall hearing or Reading
that any of the Bums thanking the Regional Governments Pumping Millions
of Taxpayers Dollars into ensuring that the 2007 Cricket World Championships were Successful .

Despite the Financial Contributions
that the Regional Governments made ,
THEY are viewed by the LACKEYS of
the WICBC/CWI as Enemies of West Indies Cricket . Some People have very Short Memories .

It seems that in this Forum , there seems to be no One willing to defend
the Sports Writers in the Media , regarding their Love Fest with the
Worst International Cricket Board in
the Commonwealth .

For the umpteenth time ... cricket world cup 2007 was a huge failure and is best forgotten. No one wants to be reminded of it and everyone involved, even the governments should be ashamed of themselves.

The Salient point is this :

WITHOUT THE FINANCIAL INPUT OF THE

REGIONAL GOVERNMENTS THE BUMS IN THE

WICBC/CWI COULD NOT HAVE HOSTED THE

TOURNAMENT .

Now this is a Freaking Fact . My returning to this matter is the fact
that the Worst International Cricket
Board in the Commonwealth would not
have been able to Hst the 2007 Cricket World Cup .

The second point I am making is that
because of the Millions of Dollars
the Regional Governments gave them &
continue to allow them use of Public Facilities ; brushing off the
decision of some Governments to
have the Structure of the 70 years old WICBC/CWI change is not or can it
be construed as an unreasonable Request .

But as usual the Emperors got on their High Horses , like Knights of
Old , and bluntly refused to seek an
exchange of views regarding the Status & Standard of West Indies Cricket .

So when the Worst International Cricket Board in the Commonwealth
aka the WICBC/CWI ,thumbs its Nose at the Regional Governments , my perspective is that it is high time
that :

THE WICBC /CWI BE REMOVED FROM THE

GOVERNANCE OF WEST INDIES CRICKET .

Who was responsible for as You stated, the failure of the 2007 Cricket World Cup .

I recall reading in a Newspaper :

THE WICBC/CWI STATED THAT THE 2007

WORLD CUP WAS A SUCCESS .


I ALSO RECALL THE WICBC/CWI STATING

THAT THEY HAD GIVEN BACK 10 MILLION

DOLLARS TO SOMEONE OR AN ENTITY THAT

THEY HAD BORROWED .

Now if the 2007 Cricket World Cup was
a financial Failure , that in my opinion cannot be laid at the feet of
the Regional Governments .

I cited the 2007 Cricket World Cup
to tangibly demonstrate that it aint
yesterday that the Worst International Cricket Board in the
Commonwealth ,aka the WICBC/CWI , has
been an abysmal Failure in its Stewardship of West Indies Cricket .

THIS IS PRECISELY WHY THEY ALL MUST

BE REMOVED FROM THE GOVERNANCE OF

WEST INDIES CRICKET . THAT IS THE

SALIENT POINT .
