did not happen overnight , those in the governance of West Indies Cricket

HOla...24 years after...Chanderpaul not allowed to bat on then but he batting on still.....WI wanted to win match...24 years after West Indies still in doldrums...
Cannot argue about history ..what is done is done...he was not allowed to bat on to go to 12000 runs either
