Ashwin:
We are going to bat first. We have got a formidable batting line-up and we would like them to go out and express themselves. We had a wonderful win in the last match and we would like to keep the momentum going. We are unchanged for this match.

Williamson:
There may be a little bit of dew factor in the second innings, so it's important we do the job. Both (their openers) are good players, exciting players, and it's important we execute our plans better. Just one chance: Jordan comes in for Billy Stanlake.

Jordan to Gayle, leg byes, FOUR, bonus runs! Gayle checks his back a bit as that had struck him above the thigh pad. Back of a length around leg, he missed the flick off the back foot and it sped past a diving Saha to the fence

KXIP review! Rahul has been given out LBW, he signals the T almost instantly. Has he hit this? If he hasn't, he is a goner!Definite noise and yes, a spike on UltraEdge! Decision has to be reversed

I was going to make a post about the test Gayle had against two bowlers who he'd likely struggle against, Bhuvi and Rashid.
He passed the test.

Chris Gayle - (When Pietersen told him that he was old) A lot of people thought that I am old. Nothing to prove though. Wherever I go across the globe, just want to earn some respect. This one is dedicated to my daughter Crisalina though; it's her birthday tomorrow. So, yeah, this is for her. Tomorrow she will turn two and it's her second time in India. We're hoping to have a nice time. I am glad to score my century in just my second game at home, feels really good. Fantastic innings and I hope we can defend it. (On his work ethics with KXIP) Viru mentioned two good guys to me - the yoga guy and the massage guy, who help me stay flexible. Hopefully, I'll be able to touch my feet in a week's time.

Saha and Dhawan are at the crease.
Saha is on strike.
Barinder will open the attack
0.5
Barinder to Dhawan, no run, Dhawan is hit on the elbow! ooch! That would have hurt. It was a short of length ball and ball did not bounce as Dhawan thought it will, it also came sharply and hits him. It will take a while for Dhawan to get smile back on his face. Physio is out in the middle, I hope Dhawan will be fine soon. Barinder is generating some serious pace.
Dhawan is going off the field after being struck near the left elbow. SRH camp will be a worried unit.
