I never argued against his selection...as he made the runs in the regional tournament.

But I predicted he was going perform exactly as he performed in this test.

Regional dung heap cricket benefits from his presence...but it is patently obvious he is not test material...he is not the first and will not be the last.

I was not in favor of his selection for obvious reasons, proven again and again.
Try an unproven, undeveloped youth vs a proven failure at top level.

Who is better than him right now? Powell did not have a golden run as opener. Maybe, time will tell, he is what we have been looking for at No. 3

The Man out of Test Cricket for 3 years and after 2 Innings they ready to drop him. Also remember there was a break between the PCL and this series so he needs some time to get going. The truth is the naysayers always wanted him to fail...So never mind them DEVO. You have 4 more innings unless Courtney Browne and Crew think otherwise.
