I think Paul Kagame is making (or will make) leaders of the Commonwealth re-think that ideology for development. Everyday crime & corruption makes the place drab & bland. Boy, I'm just amazed at the investments/donations/grants/loans this fligging country is getting! Here's my paragraph & u socihitist facters will get it: Paul Kagame is doing a fantastic job - clean & green cities, low crime rates, massive push towards literacy, empowering women to the maximum, demanding excellence from govt ministers who are the least corrupt in all of Afica, creating a friendly environment for foreign investors, etc. Just leave him alone as he makes Rwanda the Singapore of Africa. Full stop.
