How many parliamentarian, cabinet ministers, presidents have overseas citizenships or residence?
Then they go over and take advantage of the poor people there, further robbing them and sending the Guyana's resources overseas.
How many have the country's best interest at heart except to make a killing (pun intended) and then bail to North America?
That is the real problem here. Who listens to the cane or rice farmer?
Who has to manage a decent living with only the devalued Guyana's dollar?
They should give up overseas citizenship/residence and live in the country for five consecutive years to be eligible to represent the people.

High class nonsense!
They can come back to North America and hang out, make all kinds of comments and even incite racial animosity on message boards.
Charrandass is a case study, setting up lots of precedence.
When the heat is too much, run go to US or Canadian embassy and clamour for protection as citizens of those countries.
They eat the cake, pat a cake and have it too!

Who is this Basil? Bradshaw? Remembered him whe he used to run track in HS back in the late ‘70s with my cousin who have since been deceased!
