Honestly, Braffit doesn't command a lot of presence in the team!
He is not scoring a lot of runs and he is little in stature!
One doesn't get buy in or followership without demonstrating leadership or showing competence in a particular skill set
Braffit should not be burdened with captaincy, he should just be made to focus on his batting!
