HAS THE WICBC COMMISSIONED ?????

How many Recommendations of those Reports has the WICBC implemented ?????
I have no recollection that the WICBC
has ever Publicly done this .

The fact that the WICBC is a Private Entity allows it to do as it pleases .
This in my opinion is the main cause of
its Colossal Incompetence , and this is the main reason why its connivance
with most of its Sycophants in the Media have continuously Ill served
West Indies Cricket .

Some in this Forum seek to criticize
what I write , by blindly worshipping
the WICBC . I firmly believe that the
WICBC & ITS SATELLITE Cricket Boards in the Region need to stop living in the 20th. Century because WE are living in the 21st. Century .

Part 1

Perhaps You are unaware of this freaking fact ; The Competitiveness
of Our Players & Teams ,in the International Cricket Arena largely depends in the Stewardship of Our
Cricket Boards in the Region ; this also includes the Worst International
Cricket Board in the Commonwealth , whose acronym is the WICBC .

The problems regarding Cricket in the
Region can easily be solved provided
those in the Governance of Cricket
are willing to restructure ALL the various Cricket Boards in the Region.

The first step is to get Rid the "MASSA MENTALITY " which insists that there is large distinction between those who govern Cricket in
the Region , and those who represent US in Local & International Cricket.

This JACKASSERY was spawned by those
who formed Cricket Clubs in the various Islands 90 plus years ago .

THEY were of a different pigmentation than most of the People
who populated the West Indies , and were wealthy Estate Owners ; High up
in the Civil Service ; and Owners of
thriving Businesses .

THEY viewed themselves as being apart from most of those who played
the Game . Years ago in England every year there was a Cricket match that was called " GENTLEMEN VS PLAYERS " . In essence those who played Cricket as a Hobby , played against those who were played Cricket for money .

It is this invisible dividing line
that in the Region makes those in the governance , see themselves as being superior & apart from those who Represent the Region in Cricket.

So in the West Indies this demarcation has become a Gulf by the
MIMIC MEN who populate the Stewardship of West Indies Cricket .

To improve Cricket in the Region WE
need People who have the ability to
disavow " THE MIMIC MEN MENTALITY "
which is deeply ingrained in the Region .

Part 2.

WE have reached a Stage where the Gulf
is so Wide & Deep that the WICBC bluntly refuses to hire our Former Great Players to be Coaches etc .

Our Players & Former Great Players Skills & Knowledge of the game are rarely used to harness hone the Skills of Our Former Great Players .
Due to the fact that THE MIMIC MEN
are stuck with this asinine Mentality .

This is precisely why in my opinion
WE need to change this asinine thinking . Progress in West Indies Cricket will only be achieved when those in the governance of ALL Cricket in the Region come to the Realization that Our Players aint the enemy , so there must be always
MUTUAL RESPECT Between those who govern & those who represent the Region in the International Cricket
Arena .

I told him the first year of his posting, that 99.9% of posters, agreed with him.
He need the love, need assurance, that's why he post the same thing and want posters to approve his repetitive comments, at all times.

The point I am making , pardon the pun ,with all due Respect . The Freaking
Fact is that West Indies Cricket has
been in a Mess for Quite some time .

This is a Freaking Fact , another
Freaking Fact is that those with the
Power & Ability to bring about Change
have sat on their Asses Year after
Year and have bluntly refused to address this vital Issue .

My perspective is that unless their
is Serious & Constructive Changes
regarding the archaic Structure of
the Worst International Cricket Board in the Commonwealth ; also known as the WICBC ;and the
Regional Cricket Boards , WE are simply attempting spinning a Top in Mud .

The goal in my opinion must be to make our Teams & Players consistently Competitive in the
International Cricket Arena .

I seriously do not believe that the
current 20th century ;90+ years old Structure is useful in this the 21st Century .

In this Forum I have stated that there is gross disharmony between the WICBC and Our Players . This Chasm needs to be closed forever .

The Onus is on the MIMIC MEN in the
WICBC to bridge this Chasm . THEY relish Aping those who formed the WICBC years ago. In essence , there MUST be amicable Relations between Our Players & those in the governance of Cricket at all freaking Levels .

Unless this is done there will never
ever be Consistent ; and Competitive
Performances by Our Players in the
International Cricket Arena .

The crux of the Problem is that the
MIMIC MEN in the WICBC think of themselves as Lords & Cameron the
Emperor .

This Attitude & Behaviour aint going
to help West Indies Cricket . How many of Our Former Great Players are
employed to assist Our Players in
being Fully Competitive in the International Cricket Arena ?????

Ask Cameron where is the Phantom WEHBY REPORT . The problems regarding West Indies Cricket has a Hell of a lot more to do with the
Worst International Cricket Board in the Commonwealth , than Our Players.

The stark freaking undeniable Fact is that OUR Former Great Players were
responsible for OUR Players in the
Shortest Version of the game winning 2 consecutive World Championships .

Those 2 World Championships had little
to do with the WICBC . This is a Freaking Fact not Fiction . But apparently People have exceedingly
short Memories , due to being brainwashed by the Jokers in the WICBC.

The team has been more competitive and even winning while this louse continues to make the same damn point over and over and over and over.

Good to see many folks here, like me, stop reading the same gibberish over and over and over.

Action speaks louder than words.

Go do something about what you're complaining about.

I don't care for the politics in wondies cricket... I invest my time in cricket solely to enjoy the game on the field... I use my time, otherwise, on more integral aspects in my life... like work, family, travel, etc, etc.

When I think cricket... I want go watch batting, bowling, and fielding... the minute politics in cricket start....... count me out..... I don't have that time to invest....

However, it would be better if this dude STOP complaining (as he's WASTING HIS TIME) and go DO something about what he really believes in.

However, I don't think he'll ever be happy, no matter what. The team has been doing much better and if you can't show some appreciation for it and it's management by extension..... it shows how one-sided a person you are.....

The name of the game is CONSISTENCY ,
It sure aint winning matches here & there . It is about winning Matches
Consistently .

This is how Players & Teams are judged
in the International Cricket Arena .
Obviously winning matches here & there
is not what WE should be aiming to achieve .

Unless Our Players are winning matches
consistently , we will be akin to Running very fast , yet finding Ourselves in the Same Freaking Place .

This aint really Freaking complicated , We aint going anywhere
until & unless Our Players have the ability to consistently perform well
in the International Cricket Arena .

I am too kind to put it like that.

I bear no responsibility when Fools
make Asses of themselves . I am reminded of the Adage :

People need to understand that winning
a match here and there aint helping
West Indies Cricket . Quite frankly ,
like the Character in :

" ALICE IN WONDERLAND "

WE are running very fast yet finding
Ourselves in the Same Freaking Place . WE need to strive to be in the Top
Five in International Cricket , I
really have no checked , but I am sure WE are not in the Top 5 .

To achieve that Goal requires some
level of consistency in the performances of Our Players . Teams
in the Top 5 in International Cricket have to have consistent performances in the International
Cricket Arena to maintain their Standing or to improve .

Does Anyone in this Forum care to
Challenge what I have stated above??

Like it or not , it was consistent
Performances by Our Players in the
Shortest format of the Game that made Our Players win 2 Consecutive
World Championships .

Interestingly , it was Our Former
Great Players who Harnessed & Honed
the Skills of Our Players to win those Consecutive World Championships .

Sadly the People in the WICBC preferred to shun those Former Great Players , and opted to hire Persons
from Overseas . WE still aint in the
Top 5 in the longer versions of the game .

Perhaps One of my Critics could enlighten me regarding when
Our Team was last ranked in the Top 5 in the longer versions of the Game.
