we are open for business. the BLP has laid off about 2000 civil servants with another 3000 to go but has opened the floodgates to Caricom nationals.

if accepted they will be free to work, bring their spouses, children and dependent parents, free healthcare such as it is, free schooling and whatever our welfare system offers.
