It’s a great story — but also one that highlights why the government must break up monopolies and promote competitive markets.
Yes those entities are behemoths but I think it's a stretch to suggest that they are similar to monopolies.
Nonetheless it's intriguing and maybe a good political salvo to fire as she gets her campaign rolling.

She has a point to a certain extent but I think she's shooting herself in the foot On this..big money donors exist in these entities.

Anyway, I think she's right on this count.
We must bear in mind also that it was the forced break up of MA Bell that led to the proliferation of telephone providers that in turn led to our beloved cell phones. The loosening of Big Blue's stronghold on computer systems also led to the commonplace status of computers.
