Also free college means more Dems votes as colleges are liberal factories
Let us dig a bit deeper into this, separate the meat from the bones so to speak.
This is to allow them to vote in local school board elections, their kids attend these schools.
Make no mistake the GOP measure would have had no practical effect even if it had passed. Illegal immigrants and indeed noncitizens as a whole are not legally able to participate in federal elections.
Experts say as many as 40 states or territories allowed noncitizen voting dating back to the nations founding in local elections such as school boards etc

In the US don't you need some kind of registration to be able to vote in general/state elections, though? A social security number, etc.?
I mean, if I took a flight to the US the day of their elections, I couldn't walk to a polling station, say I'm such and such from 123 Park Road, and collect my ballot? Or are the checks and balances not really there?
Property taxes partially fund schools in CA, how many illegals own homes to fund schools their kids go to.
they are getting representation without taxation.
and its a slippery slope that sets precedence.

You have to register and furnish proof of your citizenship in order to vote in Federal elections.
The federal law does not prohibit noncitizens from voting in state or local elections, but no state has allowed noncitizens to vote in state elections since Arkansas became the last state to outlaw noncitizen voting in 1926.
More on it, google is your friend.

You just encountered untrained workers or worse who should not have had those jobs. iIf you had done your civic duty and complained to a Superior instead of willingly obliging they probably would have been fired.

So renters who are born in America and cannot afford to buy a house also should not be able to vote?
