After it gells playing ODI the World cup, to be the T20 team.
See how great the CWI concept is for playing T20...

It does not matter. There are no quality players in Crooked Dave's Windies. Pollard, Dwayne Bravo, Narine, Badree, Gayle, Sammy, Samuels, will all be out of it. So who is left that can compete on the world stage? Maybe Russell and he is injury prone.
