It seems O.K to me , especially asking
for Comments . Why the Hell the Worst
International Cricket Board in the
Commonwealth , aka the WICBC ; Find it
difficult to Revise its archaic Structure and then invite Cricket Fans
in the Region to submit Comments .
Doing this would be an example of Real
Democracy . But then those in the WICBC relish being Petty Gods ; who
mistakenly believe that they are totally infallible .
It is this freaking Attitude & Behaviour why in the International
Cricket Arena , we have been perpetually being at or near the bottom of International Cricket .

Just browsed through it...i like what i saw so far especially 3.11 onwards, i have been singing this tune since the 1990s we need to semi-professionalize our cricket...the days of 3s and 4s at Bank Hall has to end, will give it a full read.

The BCA erred in adding an Elite division and having a promotion/demotion policy.
Having a semi pro league, and teams competing in T20 , 50 overs and 3-4 days cricket, is a good start for the development of young cricketers in the Island.
