Good or bad and for whom?
Is the US finally using the big guns to tackle China's rise? Are they afraid of the Huawei espionage threat or the economic threat?
For me its bad. Its very bad to have one country(the US) have a monopoly on technology. Competition is good for everyone

Both. I have some first-hand knowledge. You can’t trust the Chine in their drive to some sort of global supremacy or, at least, global equality with the US. They will do whatever it takes, lie, steal, copy, reverse engineer, anything.
The USA is no angel in this global battle for dominance, but I’d rather trust the devil I know than the one I don’t know.

Bro, there is no way the US can halt the rise of China except from a nuclear bomb...the sooner they learn to adjust to not being the global bully, the better for the globe
