Sybills' fried boulanger with potato/aloo! Do not put tomato in it! It was about a week ago, when I bought a roti with boulanger, wrapped (sandwich style). But, before ordering, I scrutinized the stew in the container & noticed that there were any tomato in it. Prior to this, I had never enjoyed my wife's & for years, I kept quiet. It was only weeks ago that I complained of never getting the boulanger taste of the dish! Her sister, who was upstairs at the time, got in the conversation & we figured it - she was peeling off all the facting skin! Also, too much tomato & other various seasonings! So, today, with just onion, garlic & red pepper, I finished the job! With 20 minutes of cooking, I leaned over the kaharee & got the smell that I was looking for! Blidim badam boom!
