He believes young talent like Shimron Hetmyer have been disadvantaged in the past by a lack of senior players in West Indies squads.

Hetmyer could thrive with responsibility, says skipper Pollard

Let's see what you could do with your responsibility instead of rambling about someone else.

Hetmeyer doesn't need any responsibilities at this juncture. He should concentrate on his batting, and everything else will fall into place when he has his confidence back in that area.

“One thing the new regime has said is that the doors will be open to each and every individual and in discussions, age and those sort of things didn't come into play,” Pollard told i95 FM Sports here.

Truth is...neither of them are examples of solid concentration or bastions of excellent batting.

What they do have in common is that they were both gifted with exceptional amounts of talent for Cricket.

Has EITHER of them applied the talent consistently ;

I havent seen it yet...

but I am an optimist...lets see what happens

Pity he cant discover what his holding back his own dismal performance. I remember when it was not cool to be calling out players after a dismal loss or performance. I cant imagine what kind of criticism would be instore for someone calling out players before dem even take the field in a game.
big grin big grin
