And I thought good captaincy was the missing ingredient. Now we have good captaincy and we still losing close games. My only problem with Polly is his penchant for moving players after a dropped catch or mistake in the field.

I have no problem with that I'm not going to leave you low on confidence, in a high traffic position, to drop another one. Especially if your not one of my better fielders

I think it depends on the player. Some relish another chance..some want to hide. Sometimes they have no business being in that position in the first place.

There was a previous game when King dropped a catch on the boundary and Pollard immediately moved him to another fielding position. Guess what? King then proceeded to take a catch at the new position 
That low confidence thing is a double-edged sword though. Arguably moving a player who just dropped a catch can push his supposedly low confidence even lower.
