What is the most feared virus

black 2020-03-26 17:14:32

in history?

black 2020-03-26 17:24:54

The world have taken tremendous measures against the coronavirus but I don't think is the most feared.

black 2020-03-26 17:31:22

Ebola and HIV were virtual death sentences but their infection rate were not tremendously high.

And, HIV could be controlled with safe practices.

I think the high infection rate is what's scary about this current virus but if you are relatively young with a healthy immune system, you should be fine.

Small cock looking for playground points for that oversight..

I think any pandemic regardless the type would be as alarming and as significant no matter the definition .

It all boils down to the death toll, human suffering and displacement etc..

Same character that look for points on simple punctuation, typos and message board slang..

Small cock symptoms,is that a virus a bacteria or a state of mind btw ?

Careful, black.

The Courtesy is in his element when it comes to this subject.

Remember, he studied medicine alongside one who moved on to become the Deputy Minister of Health, Liberia.

It would probably be the hemorrhagic fever viruses like Ebola or Marburg or Lassa.
Rabies isnt funny either. There are some rabies ward vids on YouTube from India and just scary. And a diagnosis of rabies with neurological symptoms is death.

the next one is correct. There is one that just kicked off in China with a 38% fatality rate. It killed one person so far. They are not sure what it is as yet.

I just read something that says rabies kill 55,000 people a year.

Bats are notorious for carrying rabies.

To put the SMR of rabies into context, there are approximately 7,000 neonatal deaths every day globally.

7000 Neonatal deaths daily?

Is that possible?

Halliwell 2020-03-26 20:11:41

In Asia and Africa it’s more canid bites though

Yep. Also Maternal Mortality is about 270, 000 annually.

Every day 740 mothers die.

Nothing beats the 14th-century Black Death (also called Bubonic Plague) for sheer global impact of a single disease outbreak and bringing civilization to its knees. It is the epitome of plague. Corpses piled in the streets from Europe to Egypt and across Asia. Some 75 million people died — at a time when there were only about 360 million living on Earth. Death came in a matter of days, and it was excruciatingly painful

The bubonic plague was indeed, badass.

Scar 2020-03-27 04:41:38

I think the question ask "is" so that means current and now not controllable. Funny thing is the flu still kills a lot of people annually though not as,quickly as COVID-19. I guess there.is no fear of it. ROTO virus and EBOLA are I think currently the most feared.

Historically SmallPox killed the most people ever. Over 300 million- wiped out the milions of American Indians real quick. Still around.
The plague killed roughly 60 million at that time considered half of europe. Still around since it was rodent borne. Dont let Trump know where it started.
Rodents also carry Rabies.
Funny thing how all of them are animal borne and cross over due to human unsanitary behavior and recklessness.
