A source in the West Indies camp has described the process at their end as being similar to the talks that preceded the 2018 and 2019 tours of Pakistan by their men’s and women’s teams, albeit with health, not security, as the primary concern. On those occasions West Indies allowed players who were not assuaged to stay at home without the decision being held against them by the selectors.

To me if you play domestic cricket in the Caribbean we done accustom of not playing we 4 day in front of a lot of ppl.
Plus I even at work now, and i don't mid .
Would be nice seeing some cricket played.

There is precedence with the Pakistan tour
The Trinis will opt in
The Bajans will opt out
Then again.....it IS Mother England for the Bajans. That might trump everything else for them

That tour should not even go on. None of the players will be match fit from either team. There is no county championship and the four day tournament here was curtailed. Why are they so desperate for the WI to tour

Indeed......sachin's ridiculous farewell series.....the tour wasn't even on the FTP calendar. If we were still winning, we would have had more power, but as we are a shell of our former selves....well
