Spare a thought for all the coaches, training staff, and teammates that had to put up with that idiot for all those years when he was playing.

Can you imagine what his team mates had to put up with?
After reading this my first thought was this is Marlon Samuels at his worst , but his outbursts over the years have become increasingly dark and at this point without knowing him personally, I would have to be concerned about his Mental Health.

That's right. Because McGrath started that confrontation and he was the one who brought his wife into it. And Sarwan didn't know of her cancer diagnosis at the time.

Strokes in recent past was charged with assault in public place.... would Strokes dare to joke about a virtually retired Aussie or Indian player...the Aussie media and public would run him naked.....in India ,it would cost his IPL millions...picks a West Indies player who beat you fair and square... clearly shows Strokes still can't digest the defeat .....might be ,he would take that grudge with him to heaven.....
We can have issues with the way in which Marlon Samuels responded and should. But there is no way we aught to give Stokes a free pass in invoking someone with whom he has a not so flattering history. Especially when we know that the part that was said out loud is different than what is felt in private. Why Stokes did not invoke the two fellows he went berserk on outside a bar and almost came within an inch of going to prison. Surely he must have greater reason to wish ill upon them. Yet he and his brother chose to pick on Samuels.

I must say calling out the man's wife wasn't the most helegant shot by the Icon...but it certainly had the desired effect. More people will buy his perfume or talk about him.
I am amazed how persons are acting like cricketers only exchange compliments on the pitch. Warne was one of the worst sledgers in his time.

Indeed..totally agree.. The so called prick Mr Elegant was dead and hiding away and Mr Stokes, appropriately named, stoked the prick into rising again and spewing all that garbage. It seems to me the Mr Stokes was the instigator and wrongly or rightly got plastered..
