In my time posting here, the only player I have come close to acknowledge as a potential star has been Brandon King. He has all the goods to be an excellent Test player. Now either Brandon or the WICB has concluded that Brandon is a T20/ODI player when his batting style screams Test!
Now here we have teams being chosen left and right and no Brandon King in sight. Your batting technique has deserted you and you look nothing like the potential batting star of a few years ago. Young man, forget the money making T20s and look to the Test arena. If you apply yourself, glory (and the very money you seek) awaits as well as perhaps the opportunity to drop back down to T20s. Kane Williamson (I see you as a poor man's edition) has successfully done this.
Find yourself a batting technician and work your way back into the longer version of the game. In my opinion, you and Shai Hope are the two most talented young bats in the region. Hope seemingly has recaliberated and you......

BRANDON KING

Trust me, you are not alone in your assessment of Brandon King as a future successful Test batsman. The good news is that he will have the opportunity to play some 4 day cricket next month and hopefully he will do so.

Good post Sah. Mismanagement of young talents in the region is the reason we struggle to compete at the highest level.
He has to prove himself in the upcoming four day regional tournament
King is chasing the money before trying to establish himself, he was recently in Abu Dhabi playing in their T20 tournament, he has the talent, but someone should advise him that money will come after he put up good numbers

Roland Holder said that the 2021 Regional 4-Day tournament is up in the air due to Covid-19 logistical concerns...

You lorse him, and the vast majority of young people, from that.
Different messaging is required.
