Bonner's zero does NOT bother me.

But the good thing about him is that after

he is set ... he occupies the crease for

a LONG time.

Cornwall was selected as a bowler; his primary responsibility is to take wickets not to score runs. Any runs after 25 is a bonus.
Joseph has two test 50's should we consider him a batsman and ignore his inability to take wickets.
The objective of the game for bowlers to take 20-wickets.
We keep getting things twisted by accepting players not performing in the roles they are selected for!
Granted, I am happy for the runs but I would be happier with 25 runs, and 5 or 6 wickets in the match.

Yadi I generally think your opinions are well thought out. On this occasion I believe you are premature. You call for changes in bowling when our team has not yet provided the opportunity to be judged on performance in this test.
A left arm seamer like McSween would be a really good addition. Change can only be made where there has been poor performance. On the batting side only one inning in progress, let us allow for improvement before players are replaced.
