Why not take a step down to get to the pitch and play the ball into a gap to get a single? Don't understand why our batters were stuck on the crease since they know he's not turning the ball.

Well you can't hit him for six at the crease because his length is always impeccable.
Hafeez will hand PAK the series if we don't do something different.

They cannot move their feet period. They are nailed to their crease waiting for a ball to clobber. It takes common sense also to realize he or any bowler of his caliber will not be giving any lollipops so come forward and keep driving into the gaps.
You don't need a coach to figure that out.

Yrs. ago after Gayle, Sars, Shiv were sidelined Pak was the 1st to tour after that WC. I posted on FB 'Hafeez ah fling' and named him 'Haaf-teef' Shortly thereafter, he was called. With all the suspensions and remodelings far as I'm concerned he still pelts them.
