Odean Smith passed his fitness test before the start of the CPL thereby fulfilling his regional franchise requirement.

He was subsequently told that he had to do another one during the CPL after he played 2 back to back games!!!!

Obviously if he was being considered for West Indies selection he would have met the initial CPL fitness requirements.

Are these fitness tests different?

Was that fair to Odean Smith? Some explanation is needed here.

Newdread, you may wish to confirm that Odean Smith meet the fitness requirements of his franchise.

Chief Selector, did Odean Smith fail the fitness test requested by your committee? And further, did all the players your committee selected pass the test?

Roger will say CPL is separate and distinct from West Indies cricket but can he go on to say the CWI standard test is inferior to one requested by his committee?

Just a slight correction folks, he passed the CWI standard fitness test at his Jamaica Scorpions franchise and the result would have been sent to CWI.

So why does the committee require another test when the cricketer is currently playing the same format cricket as the one he was considered for?

Roger skunt could say what he want...,he could never explain all de nonsense he has done since he was appointed....he behaves like a bitter has been who is just jealous of the financial benefits these youngsters are getting.....HE FEELS SO SUPERIOR TO THEM...and he wants to show them who is boss

Why would Coach Simmons sit and watch all the CPL matches to date? OR is he just mamaguying everybody and is really sleeping wid he eyes open at the matches

I imagine no one on CWI board asks questions...they just rubberstamp every list.
