Significantly, Progressives will only accept it if voted on first since they still don’t trust Manchin and Sinema.

In reply to dayne The correct term for those two is Republocrats. Those 2 want the Dems to win by the same margins next elec so they could wield power. Manchin wants to preserve his coal empire. They feel by not agreeing early the Dems wont get too much more swing votes to oust 2 more Reps in the Senate
If they do Manchin and Sinema loose all power and there will be tack on adjustments for the Environmental bill -
