I flew on an American Airlines 737 to and from NJ a few months ago, it was uneventful to say the least.

Why would they? Caribbean people not crazy about flying on a good day, and they putting these puppies into play?

If it wasn't we would know..smile

Good job mate...I would probably avoid them for the first couple years...usually choose my flights based on particular available aircraft type and so I will continue ..

I'm a 777 man British and AA..those things are the GOAT..before the two freak Malaysian losses only 1 person died in a 777 incident and that was a crash landing at SanFrancisco where a fire truck ran over a passenger covered in foam..the airframe did what no other had done at the time and since, it cart wheeled a few times and still maintained it's integrity like no other, the materials and construction are only matched by the 787 ,my other favorite airframe... cool

I'm an old BA 747 and BWIA Tristar 500 man so I've always liked my wide bodies..have traveled a lot on 757s and 767s both CAL and AA too but they're chalk and cheese compared to the 777s,never did much 737s historically, did quite a few traveling to Europe from the UK a few times and CAL in the Caribbean, but never did a long haul in one like what the max offers and airlines seem too keen to adopt, but I'll be observing CALs Max 8 program keenly from the ground lol..

I know the new Airbuses like the A350 neo etc must be good too but haven't had a chance to fly on one yet..

I was on a 737 max to Toronto last month.
It was nice.

Then I got on a 787-8, which was better, but not by much. big grin

I know the max would be good... but those 787s are something else..

The max is like a face-lift car with bolt on updates, but the 787 is an all new platform though, they're amazing ... cool
