The New England Coach does not coach just charisma and man motivator managemential skills. Mr Brendon McCullum him name, so when the most charismatic West Indian cricketer had a coaching role in our set-up why things never jet off like how they are going so now with England? The man in question, Mr IVA Richards.

Grass always greener

Besides Viv “man management” skills included publicly berating & embarrassing his player and dismissively sending him off the field.

Just because you’re an undisputed great player doesn’t automatically mean you possess good or excellent man management skills.

Is like saying because Mccalluk appears to be a good man manager, he must also be a great batsman. Well he defninitely not anywhere close to Viv’s stratosphere as a batsman.

It’s also funny how McCullum getting all this praise because he with England.

I believe he was also TKR’s coach when they won every single CPL game all the way through to the final in 2020.

No hype about McCullum then though.

Now Raggs, allan and dem soakin dey drawers bout him all over de board cool

Never been in a dressing-room before with everyone being so calm: Anderson

James Anderson, the veteran English pacer, believes there is something different that he saw in the current English side - led by coach Brendon McCullum and captain Ben Stokes - which he hadn't experienced through the course of his 20-year international career previously. The calmness.

"I have never been in a dressing-room before when we have chased 300 (299) on a pitch that is turning and everyone being so calm, believing we were going to chase them down," said Anderson. "That for me, after 20 years of playing international cricket, I had never seen before.

"You always get a few jittery people but one to 11 and the staff included were just calm and believed. I think that belief can go such a long way, especially with the young players we have got. We're trying to develop their confidence and experience, I think that will do wonders for them."

It is because in late 2021 and 2022 England was trashed by OZ and roughed up WI to boot....the team was in disarray.
