BMAC is BMAC. WI did not need a coach to play they did in the past .Baz Ball has reached that threshold yet.

So far so good for Baz !! I vehemently support any call for removal of Ice- cream man as head coach ......but at the same time , have apprehension regarding coaching abilities of McCullum.... Let's wait for few away series....my assessment is once this England team starts losing....it will be mayhem...as sen in IPL, with KKR.....some marvellous victory....some crushing defeats......

Icecream man should have been sacked long back.... open advertisement...select the best head coach available on merit not on" West Indian first policy".....as in the case of Ice cream man...Be that as it may... let's wait... England play few away series...then we can actually assess, McCullum coaching abilities...His IPL credentials not good with KKR....

That does nt even begin to make sense since we been having FOREIGN COACHES for over 20 years now and counting.

what is disturbing for me is that you appear to ignore the incremental markers of improvement in several areas in all three formats but especially our Test TEAM.
to ignore the steps is to spit in the face of those working and putting in the work...grass growing...feed it..stop lookin at the neighbors grass...de same neighbor who we just buss dere collective asses to boot.

and yes the neighbors grass is green but a few months ago, Joe Root and Silverwood were the worst onfield administrators in the game
