CPL 2022: Trinbago Knight Riders favourites
In reply to shivnotout
I would have no problem with GAW winning the CPL. My team is the Royals but I am not expecting them to win. TKR is the team that looks the strongest. However, that doesn't mean that they will win it again. The Patriots won last time around and may look to beat them like they did in the 6ixty.

So Shiv is the coach of the weakest side?
Now good opportunity to make his name as a coach
In reply to shivnotout
de only time we was not favorites was when they did pillage de Red Force to bolster the other sides. 2013 i think. we could have won last year but kings made too much runs in that semifinal
In reply to Jumpstart

Best XI:Tim Seifert, Tion Webster/Leonardo Julien, Colin Munro, Nicholas Pooran, Kieron Pollard, Andre Russell, Akeal Hosein, Sunil Narine, Mahesh Theekshana, Jayden Seales, Anderson Phillip/Ali Khan
Hot favourites to add a possible fifth silverware to the already glitzy trophy cabinet.Knight Riders opted to buy back the overseas players who have previously featured for them and stuck to Trinidad & Tobago players only to complete their local pool.Pooran, Munro, Russell, and Pollard, have a strong middle order. In Narine, Theekshana and Hosein, they have an international quality spin attack on spin friendly tracks of Trinidad and Guyana.
WE ready to rumble...we slow to start remember that.
In reply to sgtdjones
That's a pretty weak top order with an enviable middle order on their day ofcourse!!!

Giving Polly a Lil advantage.
I am more curious about seeing Poo vs Hetty
In reply to sgtdjones
Well Shahrukh didn't give Poo captaincy so we'll have to wait for that one!!!
In reply to sgtdjones
Who we going to get...the angry miserable Uncle Pouty or the relaxed lovable Aunt Polly?
...to come second?!
That middle order on spin friendly tracks, should be interesting. The team that plays spin the best wins!

West Indies T20 cricket legends Dwyane Bravo and Kieron Pollard have won 15 T20 titles each while playing T20 leagues all around the globe.
In what can be said as a unique feat that no one has achieved yet, Dwayne Bravo and the current skipper of the West Indies T20 International team are tied with 15 T20 titles each to their names.Kieron Pollard became the second West Indies cricketer to cross the 11,000 T20 runs milestone after Chris Gayle had became the first player to do so.
