Lesson learnt for GAW

Hosting the finals doesn’t guarantee victory

In fact, the pressure of playing in front your home crowd, and the expectations that come along wit it, can very well be an impediment to success.

Learn from this for next time.

GAW gave a good account of themselves made their fans happy on a four match winning streak

True. After a poor start to the season, they gave their fans something g to be proud about.

That game against Tallawahs at Providence before this one was likely the highlight match of their season.

It feels like even if 2 gaw teams in the fin al they'd both lose big grin

It may be a case of GAW having to play so many matches back to back; must have become jaded...on the other end of the scale Royals may suffer from too much downtime.

Had that catch been taken when Brooks was on 5 it most likely would have been a different outcome. I think GAW fans should be pleased with the effort from their team. To make it to the semis after being written off is a tremendous feat.
